“Monitoring the Berlin Process: from Paris to Trieste” aims to assess the achievements of the Berlin process in the post-Brexit Europe, the role of Western Balkans civil society, the contribution of business connectivity through European value chains, and the vision of the Italian presidency for the upcoming Trieste Summit, to be held on 12th July 2017. The study also includes an analysis of other similar connectivity and territorial cohesion initiatives where Western Balkans are involved such as EU Territorial Macro Regions and China-backed “16+1 Initiative”.
