Enhancing Stakeholder’s Engagement and Ownership in the implementation of the Reform and Growth Facility

Goal:
The initiative aims at designing, setting up and operating a civil society-driven monitoring mechanism, including a qualitative Country Scoreboard and a Growth Plan dialogue.
Expected outcomes:
- Developed and pilot-tested an innovative civil society monitoring mechanism to enhance transparency and accountability during the implementation of the Reform and Growth Facility in Albania, focusing on both reforms and investments.
- Initiated the Growth Plan Dialogue, laying the foundation for a high-quality, civil society-oriented Country Facility Scoreboard.
- Facilitated the exchange of best practices and expertise with civil society organizations across the region and part of the European Union’s ecosystem.
- Created a data influx system to deliver regular and comprehensive insights into the progress and increase the CSO engagement in Growth Plan reforms and investments.
