The aim of the project is to conduct a Survey of a representative sample of 800 enterprises all over Albania registered with the National Employment Services (NES) to identify their needs on qualifications; their demand for young people entering labour market; their involvement in the national VET system; and their forecasted business perspectives. This sample was completed with a second group of the 50 biggest employers in Albania (not necessarily registered with NES) employing 30% of the total Albanian workforce.

The survey will be followed with a statistical analysis of the data, preparation of the report and construction of a clear message broadcasted to the youngsters and their families on the current and medium term prospects of the labour market needs.

The broadcast will be complemented by a nationwide information campaign in major municipalities (Tirana, Durrës, Shkodra, Vlora, Korca, Fier, Pogradec and Elbasan) on the above with the participation of selected employers, chambers of commerce, universities, VET schools, etc.
