This platform is part of the Cooperation and Development Institute’s commitment to fostering dialogue, strengthening collaboration, and promoting institutional accountability in the implementation of the Reform and Growth Facility in Albania. At its core is the Country Scoreboard—a dynamic public tool designed to track and monitor the progress of reforms outlined in Albania’s National Reform Agenda 2024–2027.
Based on EU best practices from the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF), the Reform Tracker empowers civil society and other social actors to engage more actively in overseeing reform implementation, reinforcing principles of transparency and accountability.
