Download in PDF format here
With nine new agreements signed in October 2024, the Central European Free Trade Agreement (CEFTA) aims to make trade faster, safer, and more accessible across the South East European 6 (SEE6) region. By aligning more closely with EU standards, these agreements support economic growth, digital transformation, and stronger regional cooperation.
Effective implementation of CEFTA agreements requires close coordination among national institutions, adherence to cooperation protocols, and a strong commitment to inter-institutional collaboration, expertise, and continuous political support.
This document provides a detailed breakdown of the institutions responsible for implementation in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia.
