Western Balkans Youth Cooperation Platform has kicked off its 2019 activities with a strategic meeting in Tirana.
We hosted our 6 WBYCP partner organizations from WBs and discussed about several developments in the region affecting the youngsters, not only at policy level but also at grassroots level.
WBYCP partners adopted last year a joint statement addressing Education, Employment and Participation challenges, as a first step of a joint bottom-up action to give voice to Balkan youth and youth organizations.
All agreed on the need to continue to voice-up the pressing issues that youth in the region face, and to jointly assess how youth organizations’s key role in co-addressing the challenges, rights and obligations of youngsters could be boosted nationally and regionally.
