On Nov. 3rd, 2022 in Berlin, the 6 South East Europe countries signed the 3 Mobility Agreements (MA) coordinated by Regional Cooperation Council and Central European Free Trade Agreement on: i) mutual recognition of ID card, ii) recognition of university degrees and iii) professional qualifications facilitating citizens regional mobility.
In the framework of the Civil Society Organisation’s contribution to the Berlin Process and with the financial support of the German Foreign Office, CDI has teamed up with Estima (North Macedonia), Institut Alternativa (Montenegro), Institute for Development Policy (Kosovo), Center for Policy and Governance (Bosnia and Herzegovina) and Center for Contemporary Politics (Serbia) to monitor the implementation of Common Regional Market with focus on 3 Mobility Agreements.

It is developed in the framework of the initiative “Channelling South-East Europe 6 Civil Society contribution to the Common Regional Market” implemented by CDI and supported by the German Federal Foreign Office.
