WB6 Civil Society Active Participation the Berlin Process – Preparation of the Shadow Report of the Berlin Process

The goal of the project is to hold the Albanian government accountable on its participation to the Berlin Process. The Shadow Report will contribute to support and enhance the procedure of project preparation for the Connectivity Agenda (mostly in infrastructure projects in Energy & Transport).

Shtetiweb will create the methodology (based on its experience and former activities on the Berlin Process and regional integration at the same time) and monitor the 78 projects as they evolve separated in four sectors (social, energy, transport and environment) that are currently in the Single Project Pipeline from identification until their submission to Funding Organizations.
The results will be analyzed, assessed, published and presented in a final conference in Tirana.
